Feb 03, 2012 Rating WTF affiliated schools by: George Petrotta Someone in your administrative staff made the comment that a student must check and see if the school he is trying to join is affiliated with the WTF/Kukkiwon. The WTF/Kukkiwon does not have any affiliated schools within the USA borders or anywhere else for that matter. If the School owner or Head instructor holds a 4th Dan or higher with the Kukkiwon, then the he can apply for Kukkiwon Dan certification for the students. In most countries the Country Association has the right to recommend / apply for the kukkiwon Dan certification for schools within the association.
