Tae Kwon do patterns

Hello Mary, I too have a difficult time retaining the moves of a pattern, so here is what helps me. I do the first 5 move over and over again. Next day first 5 plus next 5 over and over. After 4 or 5 days, I have it down pretty well. Also helps a lot if you know what each movement is used for. Makes sense that after you low block, you would step forward and attack with a strike for example. Good luck!
