Aging with Taekwondo
by: Tesa

Master Bob,

Thank you for sharing your comment on aging with Tae Kwon Do. I have had some stress trying to compete and outdo the younger students in our class. At one time I was able to compete with the most skilled male students. I was aggressive, and skilled. Now with age and a touch of arthritis myself along with some other injuries, I am not as competitive anymore. Your comments have put me at ease with my thoughts . Thank you, and I hope to continue reading more of your perspective on aging in Taekwondo.

Respectfully,

Tesa
