Palgwe forms sam jang poomse is the third of a set of the 8 patterns that form the pal gwe book.
Pal gwe poomse contain the concepts of yang-um. This is the idea that everything has an opposite like, light--dark, heaven--earth, hard--soft, good--evil, hot--cold and so on.
Basic physics: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Palgwe poomse is taught at the colored belt level.
Pal gwe forms introduce students to tae kwon do techniques and philosophy.
