Nai Han Chi 3 | Tang soo do

Nai Han Chi Sam Dan

Nai Han Chi 3 Tang soo do form video from Master D. McHenry's Korean Martial Arts Forms Video Resource.

The nai han chi forms are black belt poomse taught in Tang soo do. schools.

I train in a WTF school but we use naihanchi forms to shore up our black belt curriculum.

This is the last of three forms that once mastered, are ganged together into one continuous form. These forms are believed to have been invented for when you fight with your "back against the wall" literally.

We pay careful attention to maintaining a low horseback stance during this form, trying to keep your head level across the entire form. You'll find that this develops your thighs and can really make you sweat from using these large muscles.
